These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Boardroom OS, including the Boardroom OS mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Boardroom OS is operated by Age of Super LLC (“Boardroom OS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Boardroom OS.
1. Boardroom OS
Boardroom OS is a professional communication and training platform designed to help users improve how they communicate, think through conversations, practice responses, and develop communication skills. Features may include Phrase Cards, Quick Drills, Field Notes, artificial intelligence-assisted analysis, text-to-speech audio, saved content, and other learning or productivity tools. We may modify, add, remove, or improve features over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Boardroom OS. Boardroom OS is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the Service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are permitted to use the Service under applicable law.
3. Your Account
Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your account, protecting access to your email account and authentication credentials, and activities that occur through your account. You may not share access to your account in a way that violates these Terms or use another person’s account without authorization. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Boardroom OS may require a paid subscription to access the Service. At launch, Boardroom OS may offer monthly and annual subscription options. Prices displayed in the application or App Store at the time of purchase control and may change in the future. Subscriptions purchased through Apple are auto-renewable unless canceled before the end of the applicable subscription period. Your Apple account will be charged in accordance with the terms presented by Apple at the time of purchase, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings.
Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be managed through your Apple account. Deleting the Boardroom OS application or deleting your Boardroom OS account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.
Refunds and Restore Purchases
Payments made through Apple are processed by Apple. Refund requests for App Store purchases are generally subject to Apple’s applicable refund policies and procedures. Boardroom OS does not receive or store your full payment-card information for purchases processed by Apple. Where supported, Boardroom OS provides a way for users to restore eligible purchases associated with their Apple account.
5. Artificial Intelligence Features
Boardroom OS may use artificial intelligence and machine-learning services to provide communication analysis, explanations, suggested frameworks, text-to-speech, and other generated or assisted content. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate for a particular situation, or different from what a human professional would recommend. You are responsible for evaluating any generated output before relying on or using it. Boardroom OS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
6. Educational and Informational Use
Boardroom OS is designed for education, professional development, and communication practice. The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, employment, human-resources, or other licensed professional advice. Content provided through Boardroom OS should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional when professional advice is appropriate.
7. Content You Submit
You may submit text, notes, practice responses, or other content through the Service (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Age of Super LLC a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and use your User Content as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, process requested AI features, synchronize information across your devices, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, and provide technical support. This permission does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any content you provide.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Boardroom OS for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, servers, or systems; circumvent authentication, subscription, entitlement, or usage controls; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it; interfere with the operation or security of the Service; use automated systems to place excessive demands on the Service; attempt to abuse AI, audio, API, or other resource-intensive features; upload malware or malicious code; use the Service to violate the rights of another person; or resell or commercially redistribute access to the Service without written permission. We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.
9. Boardroom OS Content and Intellectual Property
Boardroom OS and its associated content, including Phrase Cards, Quick Drills, training materials, written frameworks, branding, interface design, graphics, software, logos, and original text and educational content, are owned by Age of Super LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Boardroom OS for your own use. It does not give you ownership of Boardroom OS content or permission to reproduce, publish, resell, license, or distribute it commercially unless we provide written permission.
10. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, feedback, or recommendations regarding Boardroom OS, you grant us permission to use that feedback to improve or develop the Service without obligation to compensate you. This does not give us ownership of unrelated personal content you submit through the Service.
11. Third-Party Services
Boardroom OS relies on third-party services and infrastructure, which may include providers for authentication and databases, artificial intelligence, text-to-speech, analytics, cloud hosting, subscription management, and app distribution and payment processing. Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or changes caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
12. Availability and Changes to the Service
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that Boardroom OS will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may add or remove features, change functionality, update content, perform maintenance, modify subscription offerings, or discontinue portions of the Service. Where legally required, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Boardroom OS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms; your use creates security or legal risk; you attempted to abuse or circumvent the Service; payment or subscription status no longer permits access; or we are required to do so by law. Termination of your Boardroom OS account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
14. Account Deletion
You may request or initiate deletion of your Boardroom OS account in accordance with the account-deletion options made available through the Service. Account deletion may result in permanent loss of saved notes, favorites, preferences, account information, and other stored data. Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or regulatory purposes. 15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boardroom OS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Age of Super LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results obtained through use of the Service. We do not guarantee that use of Boardroom OS will produce any particular professional, employment, communication, financial, or personal outcome. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Age of Super LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Boardroom OS. This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, data, business opportunities, reputation, or other intangible losses. To the extent liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Boardroom OS during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Age of Super LLC and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or content you submit that infringes the rights of another person.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE OF ORGANIZATION / GOVERNING STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes relating to these Terms or Boardroom OS will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and any jurisdictional requirements that cannot legally be waived.
19. Apple-Specific Terms
If you access Boardroom OS through Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and Age of Super LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Boardroom OS or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Boardroom OS, and may be a third-party beneficiary of applicable terms governing your use of the iOS application. Your use of the application must comply with applicable App Store rules and terms, and may also be subject to Apple’s applicable terms and End User License Agreement.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of Boardroom OS after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
