Boardroom OS is operated by Age of Super LLC (“Boardroom OS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Boardroom OS mobile application, website, and related services.

By using Boardroom OS, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide and improve Boardroom OS.

Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

  • Your email address

  • Your unique account identifier

  • Authentication and login information

  • Account and onboarding status

Boardroom OS currently uses email-based authentication.

Content You Provide

When you use Boardroom OS, you may choose to provide content such as:

  • Field Notes

  • Phrases or text you enter for analysis

  • Practice responses

  • Favorites and saved content

  • Other information you intentionally submit through the service

This information may be stored with your account so it can be available across sessions and devices.

AI Feature Data

Certain Boardroom OS features use artificial intelligence services to generate analysis, explanations, or audio. When you use these features, relevant text may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers solely to provide the requested functionality.

For example:

  • Text submitted for a Field Note analysis may be processed by an AI provider.

  • Text requested through the audio feature may be sent to a text-to-speech provider.

We do not sell the content you submit to these features.

Subscription and Purchase Information

If you purchase a Boardroom OS subscription through Apple, Apple processes the actual payment. Boardroom OS does not receive or store your full credit card or payment-card information.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and may receive information such as:

  • Subscription status

  • Product or plan purchased

  • Purchase and renewal history

  • Subscription expiration information

  • Apple transaction or receipt information

  • Your Boardroom OS user identifier

RevenueCat states that its service processes end-user transaction information and may process a custom app user ID when supplied by the developer.

Usage and Analytics Information

We may collect limited information about how Boardroom OS is used, such as:

  • Screens or features used

  • App interactions

  • Session and usage events

  • Device and operating-system information

  • Error or performance information

  • General technical information necessary to operate the service

We use analytics to understand product usage, improve Boardroom OS, diagnose issues, and evaluate features. Boardroom OS does not use analytics for third-party behavioral advertising.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Create and maintain your account

  • Authenticate users

  • Provide Phrase Cards, Quick Drills, Field Notes, audio, and AI-powered features

  • Save preferences, favorites, and user-created content

  • Manage subscriptions and determine access to paid features

  • Restore purchases

  • Improve the usability and performance of Boardroom OS

  • Understand product usage and engagement

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

  • Provide customer support

  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate Boardroom OS. These may include:

Supabase

We use Supabase for authentication, database services, and account-related storage.

OpenAI

Certain text-to-speech or AI-powered functionality may use OpenAI services. Information necessary to fulfill your request may be transmitted to OpenAI when you use those features.

Anthropic

Certain AI analysis features may use Anthropic services. Information necessary to generate an analysis may be transmitted to Anthropic when you request that feature.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat helps us manage subscriptions, purchase status, and entitlement information.

PostHog

We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how Boardroom OS is used and improve the experience.

Apple

Apple processes purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store and may provide us or our service providers with transaction and subscription information.

Hosting and Infrastructure Providers

We may use hosting, cloud-computing, security, and infrastructure providers to deliver and protect Boardroom OS. These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to perform their services.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information:

  • With service providers that help us operate Boardroom OS

  • When necessary to provide a feature you requested

  • To protect the security and integrity of Boardroom OS

  • When required by law, legal process, or government request

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own targeted advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide Boardroom OS

  • Maintain your account

  • Fulfill the purposes described in this policy

  • Meet legal, accounting, security, or regulatory obligations

  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

If you delete your account or request deletion of your information, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify information associated with your account, subject to information we may be required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-recordkeeping purposes. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups and system logs.

6. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to your information; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; request information about how your information is used; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may contact us to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Boardroom OS account and associated personal information by contacting us at the address listed below. We may retain limited information when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or regulatory purposes. We intend to offer an in-app “Delete Account” option before App Store submission.

8. Subscription Information

Boardroom OS may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment processing are handled by Apple. Deleting your Boardroom OS account does not necessarily cancel an active Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through your Apple account or App Store subscription settings.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children’s Privacy

Boardroom OS is not designed for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. International Users

Boardroom OS and its service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. If you access Boardroom OS from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
